The Health Check is a fixed fee, and we'll tell you it when we first talk. Projects are scoped and priced up front once we know what needs doing, so there are no surprises. Either way it's a fraction of the cost of a new hire.
The discovery call and Health Check take anywhere from a couple of days to a week, depending on your time. Projects run for a minimum of four weeks, and many clients choose to work with us for eight to twelve weeks or more, depending on the size and complexity of what's needed. We're flexible around you, and always happy to talk it through.
Yes. We're based in Poole and work with businesses right across the UK, in person and online. We're also already working with technology companies in the United States.
Less than you think. The point is to give you time back, not take more of it. We fit around your diary, work directly with your team where it helps, and do the heavy lifting between sessions.
We'd say so. Ask yourself first: do you need the hire, or would someone with deep experience coming in do a better job? Often the real fix is reorganising the business, and how you spend your time, rather than adding a salary. Sometimes you'll still hire, and that person walks into clear roles and systems that work. Sometimes you won't need to.
