Yes. Many working sessions happen at your premises, so we can see how the business really runs and work with your team. Others are online when that suits you better.

Mostly owner-run businesses with a team, from around £100k to several million in turnover, where the owner is still involved in most decisions.
How much does it cost?
The Health Check is a fixed fee, which we'll tell you when we first talk. Projects are scoped and priced up front. Either way it's a fraction of the cost of a new hire.
